Service Policies

Before we begin, I’ve included a quick overview of our service policies for your reference. These help ensure everything runs smoothly and that you always know what to expect.

By booking our lawn care services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • We only schedule services for registered accounts with paid invoices.
  • For larger projects, we require payment via ACH bank transfer.
  • For all commercial accounts and larger projects, the initial invoice must be paid in full before Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms can be extended. All services will be rendered after each recurring payment.
  • Customer is responsible for giving accurate information in regards to the scope of work. This includes photos, descriptions, and reviewing the invoice details.
  • For the safety of our team and the quality of our work, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping your yard ready on service days.
  • We may photograph completed work for quality assurance, documentation, and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared. We take photos for post service followup which includes the before and after images.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by drought, disease, pests, existing lawn conditions, pet activity, or conditions beyond our control. We make sure our equipment is always clean and free of dog feces, and other debris from previous clients that day.
  • Scheduled service dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, equipment issues, traffic, or workload.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring gates are unlocked and accessible on scheduled service days. Missed visits due to inaccessible properties may be subject to a trip charge.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the yard is free of pet waste, toys, furniture, and other obstructions before each scheduled visit.
  • Any additional cleanup or prep (e.g., pet waste removal, large debris, etc.) may be available upon request for an additional fee, but must be arranged in advance, please.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the yard contains excessive debris, hazardous materials, or animal waste (including dog feces) at the time of the scheduled service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time due to harassment, abusive behavior, false accusations, nonpayment, unsafe conditions, fraud, or any conduct that negatively impacts our business or team members.
  • If yard is not as described (overgrown, debris everywhere) we have the right to refuse service. A minimum of $100 will be deducted from refunds to compensate time, travel, and lost opportunities due to inaccurate job description.
  • If customer wants to continue service, we can send a revised invoice to reflect the accurate scope of work.
  • If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for service, including heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, or saturated ground conditions, services may be delayed and rescheduled at our discretion.
  • Please note: For all first seasonal services, especially if the lawn is damp or wet, the results may not be perfect right away. However, with consistent maintenance, the lawn will continue to improve and look better over time.
